Welcome to INPOWER. By accessing our website, participating in our programs, making a donation, or engaging with our services, you confirm that you are of legal age (18 years and above) and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. INPOWER is a non-governmental, non-profit organization operating in Lebanon with a mission to support mental health, neurodiversity, family resilience, and social awareness.

2. Our Mission and Services

INPOWER provides:

• Parent support groups (online and offline).
• Student awareness and educational campaigns.
• Community-based mental health and neurodiversity initiatives.

The services, content, and information provided by INPOWER are intended solely for general informational, educational, and awareness-raising purposes. They are not intended to, and do not, constitute or replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should not rely on the information provided through the services as a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals. Always seek the advice of a licensed physician, mental health professional, lawyer, or other qualified provider regarding any medical, psychological, legal, or other professional matter INPOWER expressly disclaims any liability for decisions, actions, or omissions taken in reliance on the services only.

3. Eligibility

• Participation in programs is open to individuals, families, students, and institutions.
• Minors may participate only with parental or guardian consent.
• Donations may be made by individuals or organizations legally permitted to do so.

4. Donations

4.1 General INPOWER accepts donations through  Banks, money transfer services company (such as Wish Money, OMT) and other approved payment methods. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. 4.2 Use of Donations Donations are used to support:

• Program development and delivery
• Awareness campaigns
• Operational and administrative costs

INPOWER commits to using funds responsibly and transparently in alignment with its mission. 4.3 No Goods or Services in Exchange Unless explicitly stated, donations are made without receiving goods or services in return.

5. Program Participation

• Participants are expected to engage respectfully and maintain confidentiality within support groups.
• INPOWER reserves the right to remove participants who engage in harmful, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, logos, materials, and educational resources, are the property of INPOWER. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. Unless otherwise stated, INPOWER owns the intellectual property rights of and in the website as well as the material on the website all these intellectual property rights are reserved and any violation to the Intellectual Property of the website is subject to legal and judicial consequences. You are obligated to quote any material copied from our website and upon receiving our prior written confirmation of the same for any such usage.

7. Limitation of Liability

INPOWER shall not be held liable for:

• Emotional, psychological, or personal outcomes arising from participation.
• Technical issues related to online platforms or payment services.
• Third-party actions beyond INPOWER’s control.

Participation is at the individual’s own discretion and responsibility.

8. Third-Party Services

INPOWER may use third-party platforms (such as Wish Money, social media, or event tools). INPOWER is not responsible for the privacy practices or terms of these providers.
